С радост ви съобщаваме, че Държавната агенция за българите в чужбина награждава Виолета Желязкова, Директор и основател на Българо-американския център Мадара, Бостън с медал Иван Вазов
“За значителен принос в популяризирането на българското изкуство и култура в Северна Америка, за организиране на многобройни инициативи посветени на съхраняването на българския дух, както и по повод отбелязването на 20-годишнината от нейната активна дейност на американска земя.“ Номинацията бе подадена от екипа на БЦНА в знак на дълбока благодарност към делото на Вили, която помогна за създаването на Българския център.
Церемонията за връчването на медала на Вили ще се състои в средата на месец ноември в Бостън - от Генералният консул на Република България и други почетни гости. Скоро ще изпратим подробности за тържеството, на което всички ще имате възможност лично да поздравите Вили. Датата е 11 ноември, 2018.

We are very happy to inform you that the State Agency for Bulgarians Abroad has awarded Violeta Jeliazkova, Director and Founder of the Bulgarian-American Center Madara, Boston with the medal Ivan Vazov
"For her significant contribution to promoting Bulgarian art and culture in North America, for organizing numerous initiatives dedicated to the preservation of the Bulgarian heritage and in honor of the 20th anniversary of her service to the Bulgarian community on American soil." Violeta was nominated by the BCNE team in gratitude for her contribution to the creation of the Bulgarian Center.
The award ceremony to honor Villi will take place on November 11, 2018 in Boston and will be handed to her by the Consul General of the Republic of Bulgaria and other high level officials. Please be on the lookout for additional details about the celebration, and an opportunity to personally congratulate Villi.
